Mistaken Identity

My heart breaks for many women out there...especially those that have settled for less than what they deserve. Unfortunately, most women don't believe they are worth much more and basis or concept for God’s Daughter’s Academy, or GDA, for short, is based on Proverbs 3:15: “She is more precious than rubies; nothing you desire can compare with her.

But women these days don't treat themselves like a Proverbs 3:15 woman. I am so saddened by how easy it is for us women to give our hearts, sometimes to the most undeserving of men who don't even treat us right. We give our bodies to men who refuse to pay a FULL price of marriage...think about it! We walk around almost half naked showing our body parts that ONLY a husband is supposed to see... Simply because we have strayed so far from our God-created identity.

Unfortunately, even married women expose way too much skin for the wrong audience instead of doing it at home where their husbands can see and appreciate it. But instead, they do it for the streets and when at home they wear big sweats or pajamas the whole day. Ladies, it's about time to re-discover who we are and experience the self-respect and relief that comes to those that remain pure and most importantly to honor God with our bodies, heart and mind. It's time for us to know that God created each one of us with a specific life plan and it's about time to let God put that plan into action, he will give us a spouse for life who will show us the love and affection we crave.

But I also think that the MAIN problem lies in our fear of trusting God. Deep down, we want to trust Him, but we wonder if we really can. We wonder if He will really follow through. We wonder if He knows us as well as we think we know ourselves.

I believe it's time to be choosy and to believe that we are worth choosing...that we are a treasure worth finding and a gem worth keeping...a TRUE proverbs 3:15 Listen ladies! A real man knows the difference between a real diamond and a Cubic Zirconia ...don't settle for less, there are plenty of GOOD men out there ... Today, TRUST God...He is an on-time God and He knows you deserve better. Don't settle!
